When you have checked these Terms and Conditions, it means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions of room reservations that apply at the Tunjung Boutique Resort as follows:
- The room you booked is correct according to the condition of the rooms in this resort
- The applicable room rate is the room rate at the date of your booking confirmation
- Maximum 2 adults plus 1 child (under 12 years old) can stay in one room. If there are additional participants, then you must book an additional room.
- There is no space for extra beds in the room.
- Children under one year share a bed with their parents when living in one room. Otherwise, you must book an additional room.
- Not allowed to bring pets to the hotel
- Not allowed to receive guests in rooms that are not registered guests at our hotel
Check-in and Check out
- Official Check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon
- If you stay longer than the checkout time, the additional fee will be applied as a Late Checkout Charge
- The amount of Late Check Out Charge is as follows:
- Late check out until 6 pm will be charged 50% of the room price booked.
- Staying in the room after 6 pm will be charged the full price of 1 room night.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made while the status of your booking has not been confirmed
- If a cancellation is made, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
- Normal Season / Low Period:
- 5 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
- 3 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the total billing.
- 1 day before the arrival date until the no show, 100% of the total billing.
- Normal Season / Low Period:
- High Season
- 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
- 7 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the total billing.
- 3 day before the arrival date until the no show, 100% of the total billing.
- Normal Season / Low Period:
- Peak Season
- 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
- 20 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the total billing.
- 10 day before the arrival date until the no show, 100% of the total billing.
- Normal Season / Low Period:
