When you have checked these Terms and Conditions, it means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions of room reservations that apply at the Tunjung Boutique Resort as follows:
- The room you booked is correct according to the condition of the rooms in this resort
- The applicable room rate is the room rate at the date of your booking confirmation
- A maximum of two adults plus 1 child (under 12 years old) can stay in one room. If there are additional participants, then you must book an additional room.
- There is no space for extra beds in the room.
- Children under one year share a bed with their parents in one room. Otherwise, you must book an additional room.
- You are not allowed to bring pets to the hotel.
- We are not allowed to receive guests in rooms not registered at our hotel.
Check-in and check-out
- The official check-in time is 2 pm, and the check-out time is noon
- If you stay longer than the checkout time, the additional fee will be applied as a Late Checkout Charge
- The amount of the late check-out Charge is as follows:
- Late check-outs until 6 pm will be charged 50% of the room price booked.
- Staying in the room after 6 pm will be charged the total price of 1 room per night.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made while the status of your booking has not been confirmed
- If a cancellation is made, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
- Normal Season / Low Period:
- 5 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
- 3 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total billing.
- 1 day before the arrival date until the no-show, 100% of the total billing.
- Normal Season / Low Period:
- High Season
- 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
- 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total billing.
- 3 days before the arrival date until the no-show, 100% of the total billing.
- Normal Season / Low Period:
- Peak Season
- 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
- 20 days before the arrival date, or 75% of the total billing.
- 10 days before the arrival date until the no show, 100% of the total billing.
